Refund policy

No Returns Policy: Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings. As our jewellery comes into direct contact with the skin, we cannot resell returned items for hygiene purposes.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at moonlightbijoux@yahoo.com with photos of the damage. We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at moonlightbijoux@yahoo.com and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched (before Friday processing). Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
